How Do I Deposit Cryptocurrency?

Important considerations before depositing cryptocurrency into your NDAX account:

Unsupported cryptocurrency deposits: NDAX will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unsupported cryptocurrency deposits. Depositing an unsupported cryptocurrency may lead to its loss, and retrieval eligibility is not guaranteed. To ensure compatibility, please review the currently supported cryptocurrencies on our platform at https://ndax.io/prices.

Unsupported networks or incorrect wallet addresses: NDAX will not be responsible for any loss of tokens sent to a blockchain network that we do not support or to an incorrect wallet address. It is crucial to send your deposits to the correct wallet address on a supported blockchain network. Deposits sent to an incorrect network may not be eligible for retrieval since NDAX cannot access unsupported blockchain networks. To see a list of supported networks, visit: https://ndax.io/fees

Additional considerations for XRP, XLM, HBAR and EOS deposits: When making deposits of XRP, XLM, HBAR or EOS, remember to include your destination tag or memo. Failure to provide this information may cause a delay in processing your deposit and could incur a potential recovery fee at NDAX's discretion.

Timeframe for Cryptocurrency Deposits: Please note that the timeframe for cryptocurrency deposits sent to our platform is subject to external factors beyond NDAX's control. These factors include network congestion, stability, and the chosen network itself. 

Login to http://ndax.io. You will be redirected to your dashboard
Click Wallet or the wallet icon located on the left-hand sidebar
Select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit from the list of assets
Click Receive
Select the network compatible with your sending wallet
Your NDAX wallet address, and the destination tag/memo (if applicable) for the selected cryptocurrency will appear
Copy the given NDAX wallet address and destination tag/memo (if applicable), and send the cryptocurrency from your external wallet

Login to our mobile app
Click on the Wallet Icon located on the bottom toolbar
Select the Crypto Tab
Select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit from the horizontal list of assets
Click on the Downward Arrow Icon at the bottom of the screen
Select the network compatible with your sending wallet
Your NDAX wallet address and destination tag/memo (if applicable) for the selected cryptocurrency will appear
Copy the given NDAX wallet address and destination tag/memo (if applicable), and send the cryptocurrency from your external wallet
