Understanding and Managing Open Orders on Ndax

Are you wondering why some of your funds are marked as "on hold" in your Ndax account?

This typically happens when you have open orders that haven’t been filled yet.

To free up these funds, you can simply cancel any open orders.

Here are the instructions to cancel an order:
  1. Log In to Your Account: Begin by logging into your Ndax account. This will take you to your dashboard, the control center for your account.
  2. Navigate to the Trading Section: From your dashboard, locate and click on the ‘Trade’ tab in the menu on the left side of the screen. This will bring you to the trading interface.
  3. Locate Your Open Orders: Within the trading interface, find and select the ‘Open Orders’ option. This will display all your current orders that are waiting to be filled. The ‘Open Orders’ section is usually located at the bottom of the page.
  4. Cancel an Order: Find the order you want to cancel and click the red ‘Cancel’ button. This button is found on the far right of each listed order.

By following these steps to cancel an open order, you’ll release the funds that were on hold, making them ready for new trades or withdrawals. Look for the updated balance in your account dashboard.
